Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower large
- 1 Chickpea, Roasted
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 3 cups Vegetable broth
Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Other
- 1 Potato (boiled or microwaved) (or 2 tablespoons butter)
Directions
Rinse cauliflower, pat dry it chop it, and add it to a baking sheet, crush garlic and chopped onion add it with cauliflower, add thyme leaves, drizzle olive oil, add salt and pepper and toss it and spread it in a single layer and bake it for 30 minutes until golden brown.
In the meantime pierce a potato with a fork and microwave it for 5-10 minutes. Now add all the mixtures in a super fast Slursh Portable Blender and add a pinch of nutmeg, and vegetable broth and blend until smoothens the consistency and serve it from the blender and Enjoy!
