Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 3 Tbsp sugar-free syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup yogurt of choice
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Take 2 cups of milk, and pour it into the high-end quality Slursh-jar. Along with that, add ½ cup of oats, three tablespoons of sugar-free syrup, two tablespoons of vanilla extract, two tablespoons of chia seeds, and ¼ cup of yogurt. Mix ⅓ cup pumpkin puree and then add two tablespoons of cinnamon. Blend all these ingredients for a few seconds. Blend again, if you are not satisfied with the consistency. Chill blended ingredients in the refrigerator until soaked. Top it with chocolate chips and bananas.
